Mark Goulston

Co-Founder of #WMYST

He is the author of “Just Listen” which became the top book on empathic listening in the world a subject that he speaks on globally.

Dr. Goulston is also the author or co-author of six additional books including his his best selling books: Talking to Crazy, Real Influence and Get Out of Your Own Way. He hosts the “My Wakeup Call” podcast where he interviews influencers about what matters most to them and that are non-negotiable and the wakeup calls that led them there.

He has contributed to Harvard Business Review, Biz Journals, Business Insider, Huffington Post, Fast Company, Psychology Today, Working Nation and Thrive Global and appears widely in the media including CNN, Wall St. Journal, NY Times, Fortune and Forbes.

He is on the Board of Advisors to Healthcorps and is an advisor to BiasSync which provides conscious management of unconscious bias.

Mike Hernandez

Co-Founder of #WMYST

He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of XYZ Marketing, a full-service, AI-driven marketing and media consulting agency.

He has consulted with many big brands regarding lead generation, CRM, branding, and content creation to successfully expand their digital presence and make sure that they aren’t leaving money on the table.

Michael also prominently found a vulnerability in the Apple iOS environment and was featured on ABC, NBC, FOX News, the CW, and more.

He is also a futurist and technology innovator and is one of the few people in the United States with a silicon microchip implant in their hand.
